First airplane ride and Courtneys wedding weekend

Blair is a very lucky girl and got to take her first plane rides a few days ago. We left from the Newport News Airport at 5:45AM to fly to Atlanta to catch our connecting flight to Minneapolis St. Paul Airport. I thought that it would be a good idea to give her apple juice on the accent and decent to help to pop her ears. She drank her juice and sucked on her paci and did really well during take off. She stayed awake the whole flight to Atlanta and just babbled a little bit but there was no crying. We thought that we were in the clear and that everything was fine with Blair and flying as we were landing in Atlanta. Well as soon as I thought that, Blair puked on me! Not once, not twice, but THREE times! I had apple juice ALL over me. So I got to buy a cool Atlanta shirt while we were in the airport, because silly me, did not pack an extra shirt. I learned my lesson after I was puked on, and Blair did not have anything else to eat or drink until we had lunch later in the day after our plane rides were over and done with. We got to meet up with Diana and Allen in the Minneapolis - St. Paul airport and we rented a car together. It was so much fun getting to spend the weekend with them!!! We stopped at Chili's for lunch on the way to Wisconsin, and after a great lunch, I got puked on again. Then we hit the road and headed to the rehearsal for the wedding. After the rehearsal, we went to the Leinenkugel Beer Brewery. We took a tour of the brewery as well as sampling some yummy beers. After the tour, we headed to the hotel to checkin and freshen up before the rehearsal dinner. We stopped at a bar called the View and had a toast to the happy couple to be before dinner. We had a great time at the rehearsal dinner. There was great food and conversations. There were tons of fantastic toasts to Courtney and Austin. They are very loved by their friends and family!!! After dinner, we headed back to the hotel and went to bed after our VERY long, busy day. The day of Courtney's wedding, Nick, Blair and I slept in and then grabbed some lunch at the hotel. After we ate, Nick and Blair got in the pool and had some fun. After the pool, we got ready for the wedding. Blair fell asleep on the ride to the church and ended up sleeping through the whole ceremony. Courtney and Austin's wedding was fantastic! And Courtney was a stunning bride!!! After the ceremony, we all headed to the reception and had tons of fun dancing. The next day, was Blair's birthday and we went home. Blair slept for the whole flight from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Our plane was late leaving so we got in late to Atlanta. We had a very short layover so we had to run from one terminal to another. Luckly, we were able to catch our plane to come home and our luggage made it on the plane too! Diana and Allen were not as lucky... Blair was such a great girl all weekend. She really is the best kid in the world!!! It was a fantastic 3 days and we had so much fun celebrating Courtney and Austin finally getting married!
