12 months!

Well we made it through the first 12 months!

Blair is turning into such a wonderful little girl. She makes my heart melt everyday. I love her smiles and giggles and her hugs and slobbery kisses!

She has 6 teeth now. She is in size 12 month clothes and size 3 diapers still. Her eyes are still blue but some days they have more green in them. Her hair is growing but not fast enough!!! She is walking like crazy! It is so hard to keep up with her now. She loves reading books and her best friend is Hunter. They are quite the pair! She is still being picky with her food choices, but I can hide food in other things and get her to eat more that she realizes. She loves grilled cheese sandwiches and bananas. She is chatting away. No real words but she has great conversations with us and tries so hard to say words by repeating what we say when we are naming something. Blair's favorite book is "Mr. Brown Can Moo". I ask her what a cow says and she goes "hummmm." It's not a "moo" yet but she tries!!! It really is the most adorable thing in the world. She has the best laugh. It's so funny because she just laughs at nothing out of the blue. When she laughs hard and gets really excited, she gets the hiccups! Blair is getting better with people other than who she sees on a regular basis. She takes a little while to warm up to someone but then is fine with them. She goes with the flow of life and is pretty good doing anything I ask of her. She goes everywhere with me. She is great out to eat and going to the grocery store and everywhere in between. She tests her limits to see what she can get away with every day.

I am just so amazed at how much Blair has changed in 12 months. She was a little blob that only ate, slept and pooped a year ago and now she has changed into a wonderful little person. She has a great personality and attitude. She is an amazing little girl and I am so incredibly lucky to have her in my life. She brings joy to me everyday. Happy Birthday Blair!
