Third tooth
Blair's third tooth finally came through the gums yesterday. It is the top one on the right. Now the left one just needs to make its appearance so that Blair can be a happy girl until the next ones start to bother her!

10 months
Only 2 more months before Blair is 1 year old!
Blair is still in 6-9 months clothes and size 3 diapers. I am going to have to move her up to 9-12 month clothes as it gets warmer. She still only has 2 teeth but I'm sure the top 2 will come in any day now. She has taken a few steps. She is a pro at crawling. She stands very well by herself. Her balance is so good now so she can flail her arms around and not fall down. She is starting to climb on things. She loves to crawl up on the fireplace hearth. She has become a picky eater. She wants what I'm eating of of my plate. She won't eat any protein at all but loves fruits and a few veggies, cheese and yogurt. I do think that one day, Blair is going to turn into a pea! Blair and Hunter are best buds. He has learned that if he hangs out with her while she is in the highchair, he will get some of her food. I caught her feeding Hunter green beans! I guess she figured that since she does not like them, he will eat them. And he did of course! I am still trying some signs with her and she knows that the can do something but gets them confused. She'll get it someday! I'll get some updated pictures up soon. My computer monitor is broken so I cannot see pictures at all.
Happy 10 months baby girl!!!

First steps
Blair took her first steps on April 2. Nick and Blair were downstairs while I was catching up on emails upstairs. They came upstairs to tell me that she took a few steps. I said, "I didn't see it so I don't believe it!" So what does Nick do, he sits down on the ground, stands her up a few feet from him and lets go. She takes 2 steps to get into his arms. I knew that she would probably start walking soon, but I was hoping that she would be closer to 12 months before I had to worry about walking. Thankfully, she has only take a few steps since. I am not encouraging walking because I am not ready for that yet. But I know that she will do it when she is ready.
Census stuff
March and the first part of April have been a fun filled month and a half of being trained and training my workers. The first week of March, I was up in Richmond for my week of training. I then had a week where I ran around Virginia Beach to set up a training facility as well as going back and forth to Richmond to get my supplies. Then I had a week of training my Crew leaders followed by a week of dropping off supplies to my Crew Leaders. Then I had a weeks worth of training my Crew Leader Assistants. Then I just finished up a weeks worth of supervising my Crew Leaders training their Listers. It has been a crazy 6 weeks. I am so happy that the training part is mostly over with! Now work starts officially on Monday so I know it will be crazy for a little while longer. Hopefully I can start to get my life back since the Census has overtaken it for the past few months.
So I'm a blog slacker...
It has been such a busy few weeks that I have been a huge blog slacker. Between work training and computer issues I haven't had any time. I will get some updates up shortly!
